
This question in the survey asked people what age group they belong to. This helps give context to the rest of the results. In total, 14 people answered this question. Half of the answers were from people aged 25–34, and 40% were aged 18–24. Only one person was aged 35–44, and no one over the age of 45 took part.
These results show that most of the answers came from people aged 18–34. This help build an understand the best target audience for this service is younger adults.

The second question asked how often people notice themselves putting off tasks. This was included to understand how common procrastination is among the target audience. The results show that procrastination is a frequent issue. The largest group (35%) said they sometimes procrastinate, while 28% said they do so often. A further 14% said they always procrastinate, and the same percentage said they rarely do. Only a small number (7%) said they never procrastinate.
These results suggest that most people in the main target audience experience procrastination at least some of the time, with many somewhat dealing with it regularly. This matches with the research done into studies before.

The third question asked what people think is the main reason they procrastinate. This was included to identify the most common causes of procrastination within the target audience. The most common reason selected was distraction, chosen by the majority of people. Other common reasons included lack of motivation and feeling overwhelmed. A smaller number of people chose perfectionism, while some selected other reasons.
These results suggest that distractions are the main factor behind procrastination, although motivation and feeling overwhelmed also play a significant role.

This question asked what features would be most helpful in a procrastination management app. This was included to understand what the traget audience would want from the app. The most popular feature was task reminders, selected by the majority of people. Progress tracking was also a common choice. Goal setting and time management tips were selected by about half of the group, while distraction blocking was chosen by fewer people.
These results match the chosen target audience of younger adults, as they show a preference for simple and practical features that are easy to use. This shows that the app should focus on clear reminders and progress tracking rather than more complex features.

Question five asked how help people believe an app would be in supporting them with procrastination. This was included to understand whether there is interest in using an app for this purpose. Most people gave a neutral response (64%), while 21% felt an app would be ineffective. A smaller number (14%) believed an app would be effective, and no one selected very effective or very ineffective.
