This is a digital solution that aids with helping stop users from procrastinating and manage their time better. Features like Time Tracking, Website & App Blocking, Goal Tracking and Reports generated from data from days and weeks. There are other features but they are more for workplace time manage, e.g. Timesheets.
These methods that this app uses help build a system that a user can use to manage their time better than without, for example the Time Tracking feature of RT. This feature allows a user to have their time in each app or website tracked into the app for later refection.
RT also does have a mobile app for about the same features as the desktop version, it also can interact with the pc app as well. On this mobile app, it blocks mobile apps instead of websites.

A mobile app that is a very simple main feature, it’s an app that is just a tree that grows with a timer that is around 30 minutes, this tree slowing goes from a sapling to a fully grown tree by the end of timer. This timer can be stopped was a give up button on the bottom of the screen, pressing this button would cause the tree to die and losing the progress it had made on it, also leaving the app does this as well.
Another features this app has is adding up all the trees you can grow into a forest, hints the name of it. It also has a PC browser extension, it works a bit different than the mobile counterpart. It works on pc by the user starting the timer on their own, being the same time amount as the mobile app. How it actually helps is by having a “blocklist” for websites. If a user visits one of these blocked sites, it will cause the tree to die like it does on mobile.
